Pulled Pork
- Mix together all of the dried spices and rub into all sides of the pork.
- Place cooking wine and chicken broth in bottom of slow cooker. Carefully add pork (so you don't wash off spices). Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.
- Remove pork and shred.
Tomato Chutney
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the tomatoes, ginger, garlic, chili powder sugar and salt.
- Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thick and saucy, about 10 minutes.
Barbecue Sauce
- Mix all ingredients. Simmer the sauce for 15-20 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
- Mix barbecue sauce with pulled pork.
