- Preheat a pan or skillet to medium heat. Add olive oil and sauté onions and peppers until tender. Season with
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Butter outside of bread or buns and place butter side down on the skillet.
- Place cheese (bottom and top) with peppers, onions, and tomato. Grill until top and bottom are golden brown and cheese is slightly runny (3-5 minutes)
